Universal Terms and Conditions


The following policies apply to all Coach and Courier customers:

  1. AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Coach and Courier monitors all commercial flights. Unless otherwise instructed, your driver will plan to arrive at the airport 15 minutes after the arrival of domestic flights and 30 minutes after the arrival of international flights. Look for a call or text message from him/her about that time. If you haven’t received a text message or phone call from your driver prior to collecting your bags from baggage claim, please contact us via the CONTACT tab on our HOME page.

    Your driver will wait without reply from you for up until one hour after the arrival of your flight. At that time, if we haven’t heard from you, we’ll have to release your driver and send him/her on their way, and you will be billed as a NO-SHOW in accordance with Item 5 of this page.. Should you encounter any difficulties locating your driver, PLEASE do not leave the airport without first contacting us at 410-451-3030 or, if the office is closed, via the CONTACT tab on the HOME page.


  2. EARLY/LATE HOURS: Services provided prior to 5:00 AM and after 11:00 PM require a surcharge of $5.00 per quarter-hour or fraction thereof. The surcharge increases to $10 per quarter-hour between the hours of 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM.

  3. EN-ROUTE STOPS require an additional fee determined at the time the reservation is made.

  4. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made within SEVEN days of a scheduled pick-up time are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 HOURS of a scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to ½ of the scheduled fare. Reservations REVISED within 24 HOURS of a scheduled time of pick-up are subject to a $5.00 re-scheduling fee.

  5. A NO-SHOW fee equal to the cost of the fare, plus a 15% gratuity, will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the time and designated location of their confirmed reservation. In order to avoid a NO-SHOW fee, please do not depart your designated pickup location under any circumstances without first contacting us at (410) 451-3030 or via the CONTACT tab on our website’s HOME page.

  6. HOLIDAYS: A 50% surcharge will be incurred for services provided on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. We are closed on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

  7. INCLEMENT WEATHER: A 50% surcharge will be added to scheduled fares when conditions such as snow emergency plans and hurricane warnings are in effect. Coach and Courier may cancel service at any time that weather conditions are determined to be unusually hazardous.

  8. All rates are subject to change, but not without prior notice for any scheduled reservations. Our cancellation policy will be voided in the event that any cancellation is the result of a rate change.

  9. Coach & Courier is not an “on-demand” transportation provider. However, we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests for transportation.
